Preventative maintenance is key to extending the working life and resale value of your equipment.

We've been servicing our own rental department's equipment for 30 years and understand what's most likely to go wrong and when. We apply this learning to every maintenance contract meaning we take better preventative action and can extend the life and increase the value of your equipment.

Getting it right.

The systems and processes we have implemented enable us to deliver exceptional maintenance for your venue, guiding you from the initial consultation through to tailored proposals for recommended works.

1.

Collaboration

We take the time to understand you, your venue, and its maintenance needs.

2.

Initial Site Visit

If necessary, we can visit the venue for an initial assessment to fully understand all requirements.

3.

Service Visit

Our specialist teams will visit the site and carry out the service and maintenance visit, led by a project manager with extensive experience.

4.

Report & Certification

Our project management team will deliver a report following the visit, which will include relevant certification, as well as details on any defects or recommendations.

5.

Reccomended Works Proposal

Our team will submit a proposal for any recommended works identified in the report. Upon approval, these works can be carried out accordingly.

Our team of qualified service engineers, electricians, and mechanical engineering experts practice what they preach—the majority have a background working in live events themselves so they understand how to get the most of your equipment and are always willing to share their experience.

Our Expertise

Is my need too small for Adlib?
Arrow right

No service requirement is too small; we are committed to working with you to ensure all equipment remains operational.

Can you work in an educational setting?
Arrow right

We provide servicing for all technical equipment used in live music and performances, including stage lighting, audio systems, video systems, stage engineering, rigging, and staging.

Can you work in an educational setting?
Arrow right

We prioritise designing systems that minimise risks and instil confidence. Depending on the specific requirements of your business, we offer both technical and non-technical user interfaces that are intuitive and easy to navigate. In fact, we prefer to refer to the process as familiarisation rather than training, as our goal is to create designs that are readily accessible to anyone entering the room. We believe that if a design is not simple and user-friendly, it does not meet our standards of excellence.

How much would a maintenance cost?
Arrow right

The cost of the service will vary based on the services needed and the quantity of equipment to maintain. For an accurate estimate, we suggest reaching out to our teams directly. They can assess the requirements and create a tailored proposal.

Do you need a site visit?
Arrow right

We can offer an initial proposal for maintenance once we determine the type of maintenance needed and the quantity of equipment. However, we recommend a site visit before finalising the proposal.

How quickly can a maintenance visit be undertaken?
Arrow right

We strive to accommodate all projects and maintenance visits to meet clients' expectations. The earlier we discuss your maintenance needs, the better we can adhere to the timeline. It's never too early to reach out, but sometimes it can be too late.

Arrow right

We provide servicing for all technical equipment used in live music and performances, including stage lighting, audio systems, video systems, stage engineering, rigging, and staging.

What is the period required between inspections?
Arrow right

Some equipment types are subject to regulations specifying maximum inspection periods, while other standards and guidance offer additional information on inspection periods. We recommend contacting our team directly for advice and assistance with maintenance schedules.
